Step 3: Receive Quote

Within 24 hours:

• Price for Flex and Fixed (if both possible)
• Current camp occupancy
• Availability confirmation
• Payment instructions

Step 4: Confirm with Deposit

50% deposit locks your booking.

Payment: Bank transfer, Wise, or crypto. Details in quote.

Step 5: We Monitor & Coordinate (Flex Only)

Step 6: Arrive, Surf, Extend If Firing (Flex Only)

Day 1: Padang pickup, overnight, ferry briefing

‍Day 2: Speedboat to camp, settle in, first session

‍Days 3-12+: Surf perfect waves

‍Day 8: Flex only — Extend? Add 2-6 nights pro-rated

‍Final day: Return to Padang, overnight, airport transfer

Fixed bookings: Locked nights, no extensions, no shifts.

"Fixed Dates — what if forecast is flat?"You take it as it comes. No shifts, no refunds. That's the trade for 30% off. Purchase travel insurance for cancellation coverage.

"What if I need to extend on Fixed?"Not available. Fixed means locked. Book Flex if flexibility matters.

"Can I do Fixed for some guests, Flex for others?"No. Per room decision. Buyout is all Flex or all Fixed.
