Step 1: Choose Your Room
Solo traveler?
- Budget-conscious, social: Bunk Full Flex ($5,460)
- Premium experience: Private Sanctuary ($11,400)
Two of you?
- Premium Pair — private room, together ($7,875 pp)
Three of you?
- Crew Trio — private room, split costs ($6,500 pp)
Four or more?
- Consider Full Camp Buyout (separate page) — entire villa, 4-11 guests
Step 2: Email Your Request

- All guest names and surf levels
- Preferred month and target window (e.g., "June 15-25, flexible ±10 days")
- Room configuration preferences (bed setup, dietary needs, vibe)
- Questions or special requests
Step 3: Receive Quote
Within 24 hours:
- Price for your dates and room
- Current camp occupancy (who else might be there)
- Availability confirmation
- Payment instructions
Step 4: Confirm with Deposit
50% deposit locks your room for the full month.
Step 5: We Monitor & Coordinate
21 days before: Enhanced forecast tracking begins for all rooms that month.
14 days before:
- We analyze swell, wind, tides
- Offer shift if better window within ±10 days
- Coordinate with other room shifts if beneficial
- You confirm dates or accept shift
- 7 days before: Final 50% payment due.
Step 6: Arrive, Surf, Extend If Firing
Day 1: Padang pickup, overnight, ferry briefing.
Day 2: Speedboat to camp, settle in, first session.
Days 3-12 (or longer): Surf perfect waves.
Day 8 decision point: Extend? Add 2-6 nights pro-rated.
Final day: Return to Padang, overnight, airport transfer.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
"What if I can only do 7-9 nights?"Minimum is 10 nights for Full Month Flex. Shorter stays don't justify the calendar block. Consider:
Booking 10 nights, using 7-9 (no refund for unused nights)
Waiting for shoulder season (lower minimums possible)
Full Camp Buyout (different rules, separate page)
"What if the forecast is flat for my whole ±10 window?"Unprecedented in peak season. If it happens: 24-month credit or equivalent alternative dates. We've never invoked this.
"Can I switch rooms after booking?"Subject to availability. Upgrade: pay difference. Downgrade: no refund.
"What if my friends book different rooms?"Perfect. You'll share boats, meals, camp life. Your rooms are separate; your stoke is shared.
"Do you offer payment plans?"50% to lock, 50% 7 days before. We can split deposits across group members for multi-guest rooms.
"What if I need to cancel?"All payments non-refundable. The Flex system is your protection. Purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
"When do I know my exact dates?"14 days before arrival. We optimize for waves, not your PTO. Build flexibility into your travel plans.
