Flex 2027 giveaway. Read before entering. Participation constitutes full acceptance of all clauses below.

Eligibility
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ambassador must have 15,000+ Instagram followers at the time of nomination
- Nominator must hold a valid Instagram account that is not set to private during the verification period

Entry period
From the date of the giveaway post until [DATE] at 7 AM Jakarta time (WIB). Entries received after this deadline will not be considered under any circumstances.

Prize details
Ambassador prize
- Premium Pair Flex for 10 nights in July 2027
- Extendable to 20 nights pro-rated at Flex rates
- Private ensuite room — queen bed or 2 singles, Ambassador's choice
Included

- 6-boat fleet and daily guided surf trips
- Speedboat transfers from Padang (return)
- 4K video analysis

Not included
- Mentawai Regency surf tax (~$200 per person)
- International flights
- Travel insurance (mandatory)
- Alcohol
Nominator prize (lucky draw)
- One nominator drawn randomly from all valid nominators of the winning Ambassador
- Second bed in the same Premium Pair room — same dates, same inclusions as Ambassador
- Multiple nominations of the same Ambassador count as multiple entries (maximum 5 per person)
- Consolation prize: All other nominators of the winning Ambassador receive $200 credit toward any future booking, plus early access to July 2027 Flex bookings before public release

Flex system specifics
- Month blocked: July 2027 — room held exclusively for the full calendar month
- Target dates: Ambassador's preference, confirmed 14 days before arrival based on swell forecast
- Shift window: ±10 days from target dates, guaranteed
- Extensions: Available from Day 8 if conditions permit, pro-rated at Flex rates
- Fixed Dates: Not available for this prize — Flex only, no exceptions

Winner selection
Ambassador selection
- Top 5–10 most-nominated individuals verified for 15,000+ followers
- Each must accept nomination and agree to share the room with the draw winner
- Public vote determines the Ambassador winner
- Tiebreaker: 24-hour runoff vote between tied parties
Nominator selection
- Lucky draw held within 48 hours of Ambassador announcement
- All valid nominators of the winning Ambassador entered into the pool
- Each valid #Inominate comment = one entry (maximum 5 entries per person)
- Draw conducted via live stream or verified randomization tool
- Winner announced simultaneously with Ambassador

Draw winner confirmation
- 48 hours to claim prize by emailing giveaway2027@mentawai-surfcamp.com
- No response within 48 hours triggers a redraw from the same nominator pool
- Maximum 3 redraws — after which the prize is forfeited
- Forfeited prize converts to $1,000 credit applied to the winning Ambassador's future booking

Room share agreement
By accepting the prize, both Ambassador and drawn Nominator explicitly agree to the following:
Acceptance conditions
- Share the private Premium Pair room for the full duration of the trip
- Respect each other's space and daily schedules throughout the stay
- Accept the Ambassador's choice of bed configuration (queen vs. two singles)
- Understand that significant or sustained conflict may result in removal from camp — no alternative accommodation or refund will be provided

Publicity
By entering, all participants grant Mentawai Surf Camp permission to use their names, Instagram handles, submitted images, and comment content for marketing and promotional purposes — including social media posts and the camp website — without additional compensation.

Release of liability
Mentawai Surf Camp and all organisers are released from liability for any harm, injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in this giveaway, its administration, or use of the prize. Surfing in the Mentawai Islands involves inherent risk. All prize recipients participate entirely at their own risk.

Privacy policy
Personal information collected during entry is used solely for:
- Giveaway administration and winner contact
- Adding entrants to the Mentawai Surf Camp newsletter list for ongoing updates
- Sending early access notifications to nominators of the winning Ambassador
We do not share personal data with third parties. Unsubscribe from all communications at any time via the link in any email.

No purchase necessary
No purchase is required to enter or win this giveaway. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Cancellation and modification rights
Mentawai Surf Camp reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this giveaway at any time if technical failures, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure prevent it from being executed as planned. A revised or alternative draw may be conducted at our sole discretion.

Tax responsibilities
The Mentawai Regency surf tax (~$200 per person) is not included in the prize and is not negotiable. Payable in cash directly to port authorities on arrival. This is a government levy — it cannot be waived, reimbursed, or covered by the prize under any circumstances.

Governing law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of West Sumatra, Indonesia. All disputes shall be resolved in good faith under regional local law, with formal proceedings conducted in Padang, West Sumatra.

Verification rights
Mentawai Surf Camp reserves the right to:
- Verify follower counts via screenshot or third-party verification tool
- Disqualify accounts identified as fake, bot-operated, or artificially inflated
- Reject entries where engagement appears manipulated or purchased
- Request ID verification from winners prior to confirming the prize
