Publicity
By entering, all participants grant Mentawai Surf Camp permission to use their names, Instagram handles, submitted images, and comment content for marketing and promotional purposes — including social media posts and the camp website — without additional compensation.
Release of liability
Mentawai Surf Camp and all organisers are released from liability for any harm, injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in this giveaway, its administration, or use of the prize. Surfing in the Mentawai Islands involves inherent risk. All prize recipients participate entirely at their own risk.

Cancellation and modification rights
Mentawai Surf Camp reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this giveaway at any time if technical failures, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure prevent it from being executed as planned. A revised or alternative draw may be conducted at our sole discretion.
Tax responsibilities
The Mentawai Regency surf tax (~$200 per person) is not included in the prize and is not negotiable. Payable in cash directly to port authorities on arrival. This is a government levy — it cannot be waived, reimbursed, or covered by the prize under any circumstances.
Governing law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of West Sumatra, Indonesia. All disputes shall be resolved in good faith under regional local law, with formal proceedings conducted in Padang, West Sumatra.
